The Community Grants Policy requires recipients of $2,000 and above to submit a completed acquittal report.
Acquittal reports are due within six months of project completion. Where the grant is for administrative expenses, acquittal is required to be submitted by the end of February of the following year, or if making an application in the 2015-16 Program, as an attachment to such an application.
The purpose of the Acquittal Report is to confirm that the grant funding has been used for the purpose intended as outlined in your original application.
Organisations may not be considered for further grant funding if the acquittal conditions have not been met.
It is recommended that you refer to your copy of the original application sent to Council to assist you in completing this form. Please complete all details in full and attach copies of receipts relating to the expenditure of your grant.
