4:35 pm First off, Tom Rogers has refined his Bubbles and Simple Systems to an easy to use and understand template. After Tom fills us in on what he is up to, we’ll look at some past trades and live charts, asking some folks from the audience to get hands on and place trades using Tom’s latest Template, the Scrubbing Bubbles! This should be a fun learning experience and everyone should leave the meeting with a valuable tool to use in trading. Last Thursday in our live, online webinar, we took a trade at the start of the session and by the finish two hours later was up 85 pips. Then we followed up on Monday calling a trade during our Market Survey seminar that produced 285 pips by the next morning. You’ll want to see this and how easy it was to find these trades.

5:45-6:00 pm Break

6:00 pm We are also reprising the presentation given to us by Vernon Baptiste, a CPA and income tax professional from Pasadena. Mr. Baptiste talks about several strategies to lessen our tax burdens and also set up professional corporations to protect ourselves from disasters like the Swiss meltdown. We know that tax talk isn’t as exciting as the newest trade strategy, but if you are serious about running a trading business, you need to hear this.

And speaking of money, if time permits Dick Schmidt will present his strategy to size his trades and also protect his account from disasters like the Swissie or evil brokers like Peregrine. Learn how to protect yourself at least to some extent and keep your brokers thinking you are just lucky, not skilled.

As always, we will meet at the Brea Embassy Suites in Brea, located at 900 E. Birch St. After the meeting we will repair across the street to TGIFridays for more informal Forex discussions, as well as unpredictably far ranging variety of other topics. Everyone is welcome to join us and partake in half priced appetizers and excellent conversation. Many of our best concepts come from ideas that first surface during our after meeting meal.

7:00 pm Meeting Ends 7:30 pm Dinner across the street at TGIF
