Coursedescription
Purpose:
The purpose of the course is to give the students strongertoolswhencommunicatingtheirprojectsthrough the use of computer aided 3d. The coursewillintroduce a workflow from drawings to 3d model to a final productsuch as an animation or still visualisations of a given project. The coursewilltake point of departure in the mainproject and the goal is to create a 3d model and an animation of the final design of the mainproject. The software used in thiscoursewillmainlybe 3DSMAX.

1: Workflow: From sketch to 3D

Thislecturewill start by giving a generel introduction to the workflowwhenusing 3d models as a communication platform throughexamples and theory. The lecturewillalsoinclude a commontutorialwhere in the students areintroduced to the practicalissueswhenworkingwith 3d.

3: Storytelling and composition
