“From the corporate compliance side, with Visual Compliance we now have a solid audit trail that can be emailed. I’ve recommended the solution to other shippers and forwarders.” --Director of Regulatory Compliance, DB Schenker

The Bureau of Industry and Security strongly recommends that all companies dealing with export transactions – including Freight Forwarders – maintain a vigorous and effective Export Management and Compliance Program (EMCP), especially with regards to the screening of all parties to export transactions, as part of their overall due diligence.

Visual Compliance is a powerful, flexible software solution that offers everything you need to improve your compliance processes. Visual Compliance Restricted Party Screening is the easiest to use on-line screening tool available, and provides the most reliable audit record – because proving you’ve screened is as important as screening. Visual Compliance Restricted Party Screening is the best in class denied party screening tool used widely by Freight Forwarders as well as Customs Brokers.
