New HD Video Servers from 360 Systems at HD World

Westlake Village, CA (October 8, 2008)360 Systems’ new family of HD-MAXX video servers will be shown for the first time at the HD World Expo in New York, October 14-17. The HD-MAXX family is designed to deliver the features and reliability required for broadcast and Pro A/V applications, while setting an important new standard for price-performance.
Two models will be shown, the MAXX-2400HD and MAXX-1200HD. Key features of the MAXX-2400HD include 2 video inputs, 4 outputs, 32 audio channels, and 12 terabytes of internal storage. A rich package of production tools is standard - including trimming, slow-motion, playlisting, and remote workstation software.
The smaller scale MAXX-1200HD provides a single input, 3 outputs, 24 audio channels, more than 70 hours of program storage, and features the same production capabilities as its big brother. The ability to simultaneously record, trim, and play a live feed - even at slow-motion - make the MAXX-1200HD an excellent choice for sports and live events.
