Art/Craft Booth Fee: Art and craft vendor fee of $100.00 per given allotted space

Eligible Exhibit Items: Vendors must exhibit original, creative, handmade, quality arts and crafts

Booth Space: Total booth size for exhibitors is 12’ x 12’. Tents are required and must be stabilized. Electricity or display items are not supplied by festival. Presentation of your booth should be evident in photos. The acceptance notice will indicate the terrain. No allowances will be given.

Application Process: (1)First application deadline is May1st. (2) Second application deadline is October 1st.

There is a $25 non-refundable late fee for applications submitted after the second deadline with the understanding that there is no guarantee of acceptance.Three current photos (one of booth set-up and all crafts included on application). Photos must be large enough to clearly see craft. Applications mailed without photographs will be returned; no exceptions - even if you are a returning vendor. The fee should be mailed with application. Notification of festival acceptance and unaccepted applications (and fee) will be returned upon receipt. Non-acceptances will not be confirmed or discussed by phone. If you receive a non-acceptance letter, you may write the festival for the reason you were denied entry. The festival committee reserves the right to decline exhibitors that do not meet the expectation or quality and attractiveness of display indicated in photos. Please do not include items in your booth that are not photographed or listed on the application. We must consider other vendors with regard to fair market opportunities.

Setup: Registration (required)on Friday from 3:00 – 5:00 pm or Saturday at 6:00 - 8:00 am. Vendors may set up on Friday after 3:00 p.m. or Saturday at 6:00 a.m. Security will be provided throughout Friday. (THIS APPLYS TO FOOD VENDORS AND VENDORS IN PECAN GROVE ONLY.) Vendors must be completely set-up for viewing by 8:30 a.m. on the morning of. Downtown roads close at 8:00 a.m. There will be absolutely no admittance after given times. All vehicles must be out of exhibit area by 8:30 on Saturday. Violators will be towed.Vendor parking is near the festival. All vendors must remain until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Inspection of booth will take place at 8:30 and throughout the day. Any vendor found in violation of festival expectations will not be allowed to return and may be asked to leave festival. ALL VENDORS MUST REGISTER.

Bostwick is a small farming town with a rare operating cotton gin, cotton fields and a lot of tractors. Bostwick is located in Morgan County on Highway 83 between Madison and Monroe, Walton County. Please join us as we celebrate our farming heritage. For more information: or visit our website at

Food Vendor Fee: $200 00 per given allotted space

Eligible Food Vendor: Must exhibit quality food and service. Menu and prices must be posted. Booth should be clean and well maintained throughout the event. All waste must be properly disposed. Vendors are subject to inspection by committee or health department at any given time. (No animals should accompany vendor.)

Vendor Space: Total booth size for exhibitors is 10’ x 20’. Tents are required and must be stabilized. Wagons are acceptable but must fit within the given space. If not, an additional fee of $100 is required. Electricity is available at no extra charge. Display items or power cords are not supplied by festival. Quit generators are allowed. Vendor presentation should be evident in photos. Location of vendor space will be indicated with acceptance notice. If you are found in violation on the day of the festival you may be asked to leave the festival as it is difficult to make accommodations on the day of. You are allotted 1 20 ampoutlet for power. Please do not use more than your given share. We cannot accommodate on the day of. If you are a big operation and can produce more food then we will do two outlets.
