Tier 4 Postgraduate Taught Students - Confirmation of end to Sponsorship
As a Tier 4 student at the University of Glasgow, you have been issued a visa for the full length of the course - you are therefore expected to be present in Glasgow for the duration of your course, which includes the Dissertation period.
The University continues to have obligations as your Tier 4 sponsor during the Dissertation period. However, it is recognised that students may choose to leave Glasgow for certain periods during this time (e.g. to undertake research, for personal reasons, etc).
You should complete and submit this form to the Convenorfor your programme if:
-You are intending to leave Glasgow for a period exceeding 15 consecutive working days, which has not been authorised by your School/Supervisor. Unauthorised leave for greater than this period will require the University to notify UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) that our sponsorship has been withdrawn

I understand that once my Tier 4 visa has been cancelled, I may be unable to return to the UK on my Tier 4 student visa.
