The two lowest handicap players as of September 1st will be given the chance to captain one of the teams. At the conclusion of the September 5 open play Jug shot-out, the two captains will meet with Rod Cooper, Wynn Miller and Bill Siegert where a list of club members and their handicap indexes will be given. A coin will be flipped and the winner of the coin toss can choose to pick first or give the first choice to the other captain. Once the captain has picked their first team member, the other captain will then pick two team members, and so on until the roster of players has been depleted;the captains are allowed to choose their co-captains any time. At the following week event September 12, the two captains are to submit to Cooper/Miller/Siegert their doubles teams. At that time, a coin will be flipped and the winner can either put his first doubles team on the board or pass that up to the other captain. Once the captainA has put his double team on the board, the other captainB will then put his double team up against that team. Following that, the other captainB now will put another double team on the board and captainA will put his doubles team up. This is continues until the conclusion of the doubles team.

Format Singles:

Singles format is the same as the doubles, except the pair competition picks will go on at the conclusion of the first round of the match play in the clubhouse.

This is Match Play and there is no closes to the pin, net scores or skins,,, the winning team will split the total event fee which will be in the bowl. Estimate a total of 48 players (24/team) and the bowl will have $960.00 to be split by the winning team.
