Dog / 1/2 Day - Day care 4 hours
(2pm to 6pm) / £25

Dog / Up to4 hour Evening Care - this is applicable to all bookings starting after 6pm. Start and end time are to be agreed at time of booking, late finishing times are at the discretion of the individual dog sitter, and any changes to finishing times must be communicated to West Eleven Pet Nannies for approval. / £35

+£5 per hour, per dog thereafter, after the 4 hour period has finished / -1 x small walk around the block for going to the toilet if needed

Dog / Dog Walk - 1 hour / £15 per hour starting from the time we get to the park
+£10 per hour, per dog from the same household. / -one hour walk, off lead in a dog group.
Please note: Dog walks are on a ratio of one person to four dogs.
Cat / 60 minute visit / £20 / Feeding, changing water, scooping litter tray, cuddles, playtime, photo updates if required
Please Note: Cat care is done in your own home, as many cats are very territorial, this is to avoid unnecessary stress to your cat.
Tropical Fish and Goldfish / 30 minute visit / £15 / -Feeding and turning the aquarium lights on and off
-25% water change can be done, upon your request. This includes filter and gravel cleaning if required. No more than one clean a week.
-Checking of aquarium temperature
Please Note: Unless specified, we will feed your fish on every visit
Small Mammals
-Hamsters, Rabbits, Guinea Pigs, Gerbils / 30 minute visit / £15
+£15 if a complete bedding change is requested / -Basic cleaning and providing fresh food and water for your pet
Please Note: Unless requested we will not exercise your small mammal pet. If you do request for your pet to be exercised, please allow extra time for this, there must be an enclosed area to let your pet safely exercise without the chance of them escaping
Bird Care
Budgies and Canaries / 30 minute Visit / £15 per 30 minute visit
+£15 if a complete cage clean is requested / -Basic cage cleaning, feeding, fresh water and interacting with your bird as directed
Please Note: we are happy to look after a wide variety of birds. If you advise us how you like your bird to be cared for, we would be happy to follow your specific instructions.
Reptiles / Please email us if you need a Pet Nanny for reptiles
Bank Holidays and seasonal holidays are charged at an additional £20 per pet, per day on all services
We offer Meet and Greets, to ensure all parties are happy to continue with new arrangements, this tis opportunity to give us your house keys and complete paper work.
If you require dog boarding we may require a 24 hour paid trial to ensure compatibility and your dogs suitability on our home and in our pack.
Collection and drop off is included on all services, unless a different arrangement is made prior to booking confirmation
Full payment is due within two weeks of confirmation of your booking. For last minute bookings we require immediate payment. Payment must be made Via BACS (Bank Transfer).
