Dear Class of 1999 Member:

Our 10 Year Class Reunion is fast approaching and will be held the weekend of Friday August 21, 2009 thru Sunday August 23 2009. This will be a three day event soplease mark your calendars and start making plans to attend. We’re working really hard to make this a fun and relaxing reunion. We’d like to see as many classmates as possible so please come out and join us!

Cost per person is $125. This is an all inclusive price for all events. Included are admission, food, reunion favor and t-shirt with every ticket purchased.Children and other guests are free to attend events stated open to all ages.

There are several different payment options: Money Orders or Cashier’s Check will only be accepted for mail in payments. Deadline for payments is July 31st 2009 payments received after the deadline will have a $10 inconvenience fee assessed.

Payment Option 1 is full payment of $125 per person or $250 a couple that is mailed in.

Payment Option 2 is an installment plan that will allow you to make payments over the next 4 months.

1stInstallment is $50 for one person or $100 for two Due by April 30, 2009

2nd Installment is $25 for one person or $50 for two Due by May 22, 2009

3rd Installment is $25 for one person or $50 for two Due by June 26, 2009

Final Installment is $25 for one person or $50 for two Due by July 24, 2009

We NEED Your HELP!!

We are currently asking for volunteers(you, your parents, brothers, sistersor anyone) to help out with various activities throughout reunion weekend. Are you interested or know someone who maybe?

Do you know how to face paint, do you like to dress as a clown, or maybe you want to speak at the reunion, or work on the DVD. Perhaps you have that special connection for donations or discounts on something we can use for the reunion including: promotional items, t-shirts, door prizes.We are also looking for any school memorabilia that you may still have. These items will be returned. They include old spectrums, trophies, medals, letterman jackets, sweats and pompoms. If so we want to hear from you please contactus at:

We plan to have lots of fun and really kick our first reunion off with a bang. We ask that you fill out the questionnaire and send in high school pictures. You can return themby mail with payment or email your answers and pictures to Pictures sent in by mail will be returned at our Friday night mixer.

If you are unable to attend we would still like to include you in our reunion booklet so please complete the form either way. If you’re not attending and would like a souvenir reunion booklet/t-shirt, please send a $15money order or cashier’s check for t-shirt only $12 (to cover item, printing, and postage) along with your completed information form.
