Location LaConner District office room upstairs.

Coaches from each school participating, please attend.

Chief Leschi, Concrete, Darrington, LaConner, Tacoma Baptist, Tulalip Heritage

TOURNAMENT COSTS AND FEES

All costs or fees to conduct the tournament will be divided evenly among the participating schools.

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE

9:00 A.M. – Weigh-in in the school’s multipurpose room. All teams must be present at the beginning of the weigh-in process.

10:30 A.M. – Seeding meeting / Coaches/officials’ meeting in the school’s FCCLA room

10:00 A.M. – Doors open for ticket sales

10:55 A.M. – Pledge of Allegiance

11:00 A.M. – Wrestling begins

All sessions will be run back to back until championship matches are completed. There will be breaks for lunch.

SPECIAL NOTE

Wrestlers with open sores, ringworm, or a contagious situation must have a signed doctor’s release printed on the doctor’s letterhead stationery, which include a statement “no longer contagious” and contains what was being treated and how it was treated. A doctor’s release is required for each mark or blemish.

ADMIDSSION PRICES

$6.00 – Adults

$4.00 – Students with ASB cards, children, and Senior Citizens

Students without ASB cards will be charged adult price.

PASSES

1.  Only Northwest District One Event Supervisory passes, Northwest District Lifetime passes and WIAA passes will be accepted.

2.  Each participating school will be allowed to place the following individuals on a pass list: participating athletes, coaches, administrative supervisors, one manager, one trainer, one school reporter, and one school photographer. (Please have your pass list written on your school letterhead.)

3.  Cheerleaders in uniform and their advisor.

MISCELLANEOUS

1.  A hospitality room, sponsored by the Concrete Wrestling Boosters Club, will be open to coaches and officials only. The hospitality room will be located in the school’s classroom

2.  Busses: there is ample room for busses to park near the gym. Please do not park in front of the gym in the fire lane area.

3.  Concessions stand, including breakfast and lunch, will be located in the hallway.

AWARDS

Trophy: One first place team trophy

Medals: Qualifiers for regional tournament will receive medal.

REGIONAL TOURNAMENT ENTRIES

Allocations for regional tournament will be determined by WIAA to advance .

DISPUTES

Any dispute occurring at the tournament will be presented to the Tournament Director who will confer with the Tournament Committee. The committee decision will be final. If a dispute involves a wrestler from the school of a committee member, this member will disqualify himself/herself.

EXPSENSES

The revenue and expenditures of the tournament will be run through District One. Depending on the balance…participating schools will be billed based on proportion of participants.
