Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat ()
Cancellation received between 16 June – 22 August80 % will be made;
Cancellation received after 22 Augustno refund can be validated.
Refunds will be made after the Congress by bank transfer. Transfer charges are to be paid by the receiver.
