Dear Ismail,

Re: Case no. 1CL10610; Jam v Jam

I write further to our meeting on the 15th April 2015, and in reference to the Order and Schedule in this case.

At the above meeting, we were unable to agree a valuation of the property. You based your assumption of a valuation on a four bedroom property, whereas the property in question is a three bedroom property.

Nonetheless, I gather you are keen to sell your interest and considering that we are unable to agree a price, I would suggest it is in both of our interests to agree to an extension to the time limit of 1st May 2015, and to this effect I have enclosed an agreement for you to sign and return to me.

I propose to instruct a RICS Surveyor to inspect the property and provide a valuation, therefore I am going to instruct Mr Andrew King MRICS . I trust you are in agreement to the same, or for you to propose an alternative within seven days of this correspondence.

If we cannot agree then we will have to invoke clause 13.

I would ask for your immediate proposals in relation to the contents of this letter, I would appreciate a response from you directly and again request that you to leave our parents out of the matter.

I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Yours sincerely,

Muhammad Yusaf Jam
