Services include: Early Neutral Evaluations and Directed Settlements, forensic interviews of children, parenting plan development, expert testimony, consultation, parenting coordination, court appointed child custody investigations and court appointed guardian ad litem.

Appointed by the court’s to investigate and make best interest recommendations for children whose parents are engaged in custodial disputes. Provide expert testimony in contested custody trials. Supervise the operations of the Custody Investigator’s Office for the 4th judicial district.

Appointed by the court to investigate and make recommendations as to the best interests of children who are the subject of child in need of aid, guardianship,

I have provided clinical consultation and training throughout Alaska on a

number of issues relating to children’s mental health. Some of this was in relation to my work with FCSA and some has been as a private contractor.

I have been recognized as an expert witness on children’s mental health by the Alaska court system. I have been a presenter at numerous statewide mental health conferences as well as an invited presenter at one national and one international conference.

Activities and responsibilities include: facilitate work of the board of directors and its committees; oversee fiscal operations ($5 million dollar annual budget); represent FCSA to federal, state, and local mental health agencies and consumers; write grant proposals.

Responsible for supervision of treatment of institutionalized delinquent youth.
