Redington Gulf FZE have put up an application for setting up of a SEZ unit at the Shriram Properties & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd Special Economic zone. The brief details of the project are detailed below:

Sub: Information to All UAC members

M/s. Satyam Computer Services Ltd, a SEZ unit located at Shrirm Properties SEZ has intimated vide their letter no. nil; dated: 19.01.10, to transfer of capital goods from M/s. Satyam Computer Services Ltd, STP unit located at Thoraipakkam to their SEZ unit Shriram Properties (STP to SEZ transfer).

The unit has invested about Rs.3006.45 lakhs of new assets in their SEZ unit and has already transferred CG worth Rs. 2.24 lakhs. Now, propose to transfer of CG worth Rs. 5.05 lakhs. Hence, the total value of second hand goods would be Rs. 7.29 lakhs, which is less that 20 % (Rs. 601.29 lakhs) of their total investment.

The above transfer of capital goods is as per the instruction no. B-11/3/2008-SEZ dated 12th Aug 2009.

M/s. Satyam Computer Services Ltd, a SEZ unit located at Shrirm Properties SEZ has intimated vide their letter no. nil; dated: 25.01.10, to transfer of capital goods from M/s. Satyam Computer Services Ltd, STP unit located at Hyderabad to their SEZ unit Shriram Properties (STP to SEZ transfer).

The unit has invested about Rs.3006.45 lakhs of new assets in their SEZ unit and has already transferred CG worth Rs. 7.29 lakhs. Now, propose to transfer of CG worth Rs. 3.15 lakhs. Hence, the total value of second hand goods would be Rs. 10.44 lakhs, which is less that 20 % (Rs. 601.29 lakhs) of their total investment.

The above transfer of capital goods is as per the instruction no. B-11/3/2008-SEZ dated 12th Aug 2009.

M/s. Satyam Computer Services Ltd, a SEZ unit located at Shrirm Properties SEZ has intimated vide their letter no. nil; dated: 05.02.10, to transfer of capital goods from M/s. Satyam Computer Services Ltd, STP unit located at Thoraipakkam to their SEZ unit Shriram Properties (STP to SEZ transfer).

The unit has invested about Rs.3006.45 lakhs of new assets in their SEZ unit and has already transferred CG worth Rs. 10.44 lakhs. Now, propose to transfer of CG worth Rs. 0.68 lakhs. Hence, the total value of second hand goods would be Rs. 11.12 lakhs, which is less that 20 % (Rs. 601.29 lakhs) of their total investment.

The above transfer of capital goods is as per the instruction no. B-11/3/2008-SEZ dated 12th Aug 2009.

Item 2.1

Sub :Transfer of used CG from STP unit (Hexaware Technologies – SEZ developer)

M/s. Hexaware Technologies Ltd, a SEZ Developer located at Chennai has intimated vide letter no. Nil dated: 12.01.10, to transfer of Kitchen equipments from Hexaware Technologies., located Mumbai to their Hexaware Technologies Ltd., located in the Chennai SEZ Zone.

The detailed Annexure is enclosed herewith.

The total value of the capital goods proposed to be transferred is Rs. 4.20 lakhs.

This shifting of CG / transfer can be permitted as per rule 27 of SEZ Rules 2006.

Item 2.2

Sub :Transfer of used CG from STP unit (Hexaware Technologies – SEZ developer)

M/s. Hexaware Technologies Ltd, a SEZ Developer located at Chennai has intimated vide letter no. Nil dated: 08.02.10, to transfer of capital goods from Hexaware Technologies., located Mumbai to their Hexaware Technologies Ltd., located in the Chennai SEZ Zone. The detailed Annexure is enclosed herewith.

The total value of the capital goods proposed to be transferred is Rs. 59.87 lakhs.

This shifting of CG / transfer can be permitted as per rule 27 of SEZ Rules 2006.

Item 3.1

24th UAC

Sub : Permission to send duty free materials out of the zone for sub – contracting purposes by M/s. Syntel International Pvt. Ltd., SEZ to M/s. East Coast Construction & Industries Ltd., - Reg.

M/s. Syntel International Pvt. Ltd., have been notified as a SEZ developer vide approval No. F.2 / 102 / 2005 - EPZ, Dated 16/01/2006.

M/s. Syntel International Pvt. Ltd., have now requested our approval for sending the duty free material outside the SEZ for sub-contracting purposes, vide their letter no. Nil dt. 04.02.2010. The duty free material Bitumen – 99.92 MT would be sent to their sub-contractor M/s. East Coast Construction & Industries Ltd., at the work location of M/s. Sunmar Constructions, Hot Mix plant, near kandigai, no. 77/12 Kancheepuram village, Chengalpattu taluk, Kancheepuram district for their inside road work.

The wastage norms specified by the job worker is 7% for bitumen grade 60/70 and 5% for bitumen grade 80/100.

Item 4.1

Sub: Leasing out of built-up space for setting up Pharmacy by the developer Ms/.

Tata Consultacy Services Ltd – reg

M/s. Tata Consultacy Services Ltd., have been approved as a SEZ Developer in the TCSL - Siruseri SEZ at Chennai vide letter No.PD/Siruseri/348/2008 dt.08.07.08.

The unit has requested our approval vide their letter no. TCSL-SEZ/Misc/15/09-10, dt. 12.01.2010, for leasing out built-up space for setting up of Pharmacy in their SEZ at Second Floor in Block GS 12 to M/s. Apollo Hospital Enterprise Ltd (Unit: Apollo Pharmacy), (16.93 Sq mtr, approx 130 Sq ft).

The above said service providers will not claim any duty benefits under the SEZ and hence the above utility services are to be provided as per proviso to rule 11(5) of SEZ rules 2006
