Hired as an O & MSupervisor II for public owned electric utility due to extensive experience and knowledge in the energy and construction industries to design and deliver a series of classes on power plant operation, maintenance, and OSHA safety.

Responsible for management of plant personnel Develop and implement facility training programs for the operations personnel including cross training of facility staff to create a more flexible and productive plant environment. Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for the team to ensure appropriate skill sets are maintained and personnel are qualified for the activities with which they are being asked to perform.

Delegate projects and tasks to the operations personnel to maintain an acceptable back-log of work orders, work is properly distributed, and all personnel are being exposed to the various functions in the plant thus increasing the experience level of the staff.

Assistant project manager for a commercial real estate developer who worked extensively with owner on day-to-day operations, construction, maintenance, and project coordination on multiple sites. Responsible for drafting, making contracts with subcontractors, receiving and evaluating work estimates, assigning daily jobs to commercial crews, negotiating commercial real estate leases, and supervising crews in the installation of roofing foam.

  • A key player in Arnold Crossroads, a 2 year, $25 million TIF redevelopment project of an 85,000 square foot K-Mart, a 50,000 square foot strip mall and 5 outparcels including Wendy’s, McDonalds and Steak & Shake locations
  • Completed the installation of a 60,000 square foot foam roof on a 24-hour fitness center that had been converted from a grocery store under the two week scheduled deadline
