Everything worked efficiently today but it was not that urgent. I do think there is an awfullong wait for non-urgent appointments though...
Very helpful staff at reception.
Helpful reception staff, I was seen on time, and the doctor was very clear, straightforward and caring.
Based on the staff at reception but in particular the doctors who are all very good and take time to advise patients

I was seen on time by Dr. He listened intently to my problem and was extremely kind, helpful and professional.

I was able to make an 'emergency appointment' for the day though the phone line was constantly busy for about 20min and I kept redialling.

Nurse was so caring and professional. I was nervous before the appointment but she took her time for me and explained everything in detail.
I found the reception staff helpful and friendly but more importantly the doctors very interested and not just rushing the patient out.

Possibility for a quick appointment, friendly doctor
I think they would be up to date with latest medical practice as they seem quite well organised. I have no inside knowledge as to whether this is true.
Always friendly and helpful
Easy to get appt, no waiting in surgery, good doctor (a locum), kind receptionists.
The main reason I recommend the Newman Practice to friends is that Dr is such an excellent doctor. He is extremely thorough and so pleasant.
