The main discussion item on the agenda will be a draft CGBN Roadmap for the enhanced implementation of the EU Biodiversity Strategy until 2020 (a first draft will be provided to the CGBN memberswell in advance of the meeting).
The CGBN will also be invited to provide feedback to presentations by the Commission on a preliminary assessment of biodiversity measures in the adopted Rural Development Programmes and to a planned Environmental Implementation Reviewinitiative.
The activities under the information points will not be discussed in the CGBN meeting but an information note will be provided on circabc well in advance of the meeting.
