Room Layout

Manalá is a boutique hotel with 8 bungalows, all standard, all with the same amenities, of which:

- 7 have one queen size bed.

- 1 has two twin-sized beds.

In addition, it has 8 nest-type beds for the extra pax. Maximum, 4 pax per bungalow.

Cancellation Policy

* Cancellations made 15 days or more before the check in is a 100 % refund.

* Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days before the check there is a50 % refund.

* Cancellations made with less than 7 days before check in no refund, unless the hotel agrees to return the amount or hand a credit note to the agency, which might occur after talking to the hotel manager.

Payment Policy

All the reservations must be pre-paid 15 days prior to arrival.

Groups ( request group rates ) must be pre-paid 30 days prior to arrival. Different cancelation policies apply.

Please send a copy of the bank deposit and the client name with the reservation dates to email account.
