  1. Tickets will only be issued to Members/Vice Presidents/Sponsors who have met the relevant subscription/donation,
  2. Unfortunately, each application does contain an administration fee,
  3. Tickets are offered to Members etc. under the strict guidelines of the RFU!

Full details are available upon request but include the following;

No further transfer of tickets or the onward sale of tickets above face value. This includes onward sale to anyone not authorized by the Club.

All our tickets are recorded with the RFU and only issued on the understanding that they are used for the benefit of Club members and not or further profit by Club or “individuals” – future allocations will be withdrawn if this is abused!

Membership will be withdrawn from anyone failing to comply with this.

  1. Please send your cheque and application forms – payable to Chard RFC - to Mrs. Melisa Gammage, at Bridge House Little Street Norton Sub Hamdon Somerset TA146SR. Cheques will be processed to allow for cleared funds, and details of this will be outlined on each subsequent application form.
  2. Only applications sent to Bridge House will be processed, asking committee members at the club will not constitute as applications.
  3. This is not an order form, simply an application form to indicate your requirements, and for the Club to be able to best serve the interests of all parties. Unless you tell us otherwise (see above), we will assume you will be happy to accept a lower priced ticket! We will contact you, if there only higher priced tickets available.
  4. Finally applications received after the closing date will unfortunately, not be accepted.
  5. Ticket allocations are made on price of ticket, until actual tickets come through the club does not know where in the stadium tickets are, we cannot influence rows of tickets. We will try and do our best to put people together.
