2017 Regional Final Golf Entry Form

This roster must be submitted to the Regional meet manager of the site your team is assigned at least six days prior to the meet.

PHOTOS: State qualifying teams and individuals must submit a photo with name and grade identification of each person pictured by midnight Tuesday, May 23rd to . Photos must be in jpeg or tiff format…no cell phone pictures. **Please write your school, Class and sport in subject line of email when submitting pictures to the IGHSAU (ex: Smithville, 2A, Golf).

NOTE: There is a $10/golfer charge for green fees. The fee should be paid to the meet manager NOT to the golf course.

ENTRIES: A school may enter six players in the Regional Final meet, and all six may compete. The best four scores will be added to determine the team score for the competing school.

Please note: A school may enter fewer than four players in the Regional Meet if it does not intend to compete for team honors, but for individual medalist places only.

COACHES: The expectation of the IGHSAU is that ALL coaches be on the golf course throughout the meet.

There will be 18 holes of medal play. USGA rules with supplement from the IGHSAU Golf Manual will apply.
