2ND OPTION :
Pay 1/3 the registration cost upon registration. The remaining balance may be split into 2 equal payments by providing 2 Post dated cheques payable to ‘TFSC’. Last cheque cannot be dated later than Nov. 20th 2017.

Refunds for medical reasons must be received in writing before October 31st, 2017
NOTE: All Refunds will be reviewed and determined by the board of directors. All refunds are subject to a $40 Admin Fee.

Ice Times may change as a result of 2018 Carnival practice schedule.
TFSC is not responsible for any Ice Cancellations made by The City of Thorold due to ice conditions, tournaments etc.
*Members must abide by all club and SKATE CANADA rules. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of membership with no refund.

The Thorold Figure Skating Club, its Directors & Coaches, the City of Thorold and SKATE CANADA are not liable for any injuries / VOLUNTEERS
We welcome volunteers from all groups.
Our club relies on them.
A $200Volunteer Cheque is required from all Pre-Jr., Junior, Intermediate & Senior registrants.
Cheque to be post dated to March 1, 2018 and it
will be returned upon completion
of 15 volunteer hours.
