4.Here are the weekly pickem betting rules:

a.Pick the winner of every game each week based on the spread. All picks must be turned in 15minutes before kick-off on any given game-day. Picks need to be turned in at 11:45a.m. CST Sunday mornings and 15 minutes before kick-off on weekday and Saturday games. If there is a weekday or Saturday game(s), only those picks are required 15 minutes before kick-off of the first game, of that day. The rest can be turned in Sunday as normal. Picks may be changed at any time up to the deadline. There will be NOEXCEPTIONS on late picks. Any game not picked, prior to the deadline, will result in a loss. All participants’ picks will be posted on the website before kick-off for any given day.

b.Select your combined total points for the Monday Night Football game to serve as the weekly tiebreaker. If there is a tie between the best weekly records, the winner will be the person who comes closest to the combined total points for the Monday Night Football game, of that same week. Your guess may go over or under the total points. The difference between what you picked and the actual total points is what counts. If the best weekly records are still tied, the payout will be divided equally amongst them. The combined total points are an official part of your picks! If you do not select your combined total points prior to kickoff on Sunday, your total points for Monday night will be 0.

  1. Picks can be completed on the website at Thisis the ONLY way to make your picks. Any other way, your picks will not count. If you make your picks via the website and you do not receive a return receipt, please click on the submitted picks link on the home page for verification.

5.The official final spread will be from the Sunday edition of the Dallas Morning News, except for weekday and Saturday games, which will come from the Dallas Morning News edition of that particular day. If there is a (NL) in the Dallas Morning News, NFLPickem will use footballlocks.com to determine the line. In the event the game differential equals the spread, the favored team wins. For example, if the Cowboys are favored by seven (-7) over the Eagles, and the Cowboys win by seven, the participants who selected the Cowboys will get the win. There are no "pushes" in this football pool.

6.If there is a tie for first, second, third or fourth place for the season payout, the person with the most Weeks Won is the winner. If that is a tie, the person with the most Place Points is the winner. Place Points are the points awarded for the place of your record for each week. During each week, the weekly records will be ranked from first place to last, with first place receiving 30 points, second place 29 points, third place 28 points and so on to last (30th) place with 1 point. In the event there is a tie in Place Points, the tied participants will receive the same number of points and the next place point will be skipped. For example, if two people receive 15 place points, the next place would only receive 13 points. If the season payout is still tied after Weeks Won and Place Points, the winner will be the person who comes closest to the combined total points for the chosen tie-breaker game for Week 17. (Note: There is no scheduled Week 17 Sunday or Monday Night Football game.)

7.LAST MAN STANDING RULES:

  • You pick one team to win their game for that week. If they lose, you are out. If you win or tie, you move on to the next week
  • You cannot pick the same team twice during the season
  • If the remaining players all lose in a given week, only the players that made a pick that week will move on to the next week.
  • LMS will end after week 17 of the NFL Schedule. We will NOT continue into the playoffs. Any remaining players will split the prize pool.

8.Any dispute must be done within the week of the alleged error. For instance, when the standings come out each week, on Tuesday, you must have any dispute, for that week, in before the first game the following Thursday or Sunday if there is not a Thursday Game. We have tried to develop an automated a system as possible, to limit human error, but errors can and do occur. Please contact us immediately at or 214-995-5095 in the unlikely event there are errors in your posted picks, records or standings. Remember, it is your responsibility to notify us about errors in your recorded information

9.Refunds: If you decide you are not going to play, you must leave quit the pool at least 3 days prior to the NFL season opening game. After that, no refund will be offered.
