Please read the My First Books project description and requirements before you fill out this application (located on website). You must submit a Community Partner Information Sheet for each organization with whom you plan to partner in the 2017-2018 program year (on website). Please fill out this application, save a copy for your records, then print 4 copies.

It is extremely important to be specific and include hard data, because this question weighs the heaviest when ranking applications. 6. Briefly describe how you plan to distribute the books at your partner site(s) each month. Who are the library staff that will make the outreach visits? How many visits will be needed every month in order to visit each classroom?
