Below is the information for the 2016 Yutan Cross Country Invitational:
Course Location:The course will be located at Walnut Grove Parklocated between South 153rd and South 150th Street along Q Street in Millard. The address is 15148 Q Street, Omaha, NE 68137. The course is set up throughout the park. See Enclosed Course Map. The finish line is also the start line.

3:00 course will be open
4:30 Varsity and JV Girls will run
5:15 Varsity and JV Boys will run
5:45 JH Boys and Girls will run (3 K)
6:15Parents Night followed by Awards
Course/Race: We will be using Finish Lynx cameras and a camcorder as each runner finishes to pick and time the finishes. We hope to efficiently collect and tabulate the results of each race using this method. Thank you!
Awards: Varsity- Medals top 15 boys. Medals top 15 girls.
JV- Medals top 10 boys. Medals top 10 girls.
JH- Medals top 10 boys. Medals top 10 girls.
Runner-Up plaque for girls and boys
Championship plaque for girls and boys.
The top four runners from each team will be tallied for determining team scores, with the fifth and sixth place finishers as pushers. There are unlimited entries in the JV races and no team scores will be kept. To be eligible for a medal in the JV race you must have a minimum of four runners compete in the varsity race.
Fee: $50.00 boys team. $50.00 girls team - $100 both. OR $12.00 per runner.

We will be using the HY-TEK Meet Manager Computer Program and will be using an online entry form. Please go to
You will need to enter your athletes in the Varsity/Junior Varsity/ Junior High races respectively. We just need your roster and grade entered into the online entry form. Please include all athletes eligible to compete for your school at this meet even if they are not entered in an event.
Teams: Yutan, Louisville, Weeping Water, Malcolm, East Butler, Fort Calhoun, Ashland- Greenwood, Palmyra, Concordia, DC West, Archbishop Bergan, Elmwood-Murdock, Omaha Christian Academy, Lincoln Lutheran.

Information Packet:Coaches’ packets can be picked up at the course upon arrivalat the finish line tent. Each packet will include bib numbers and maps of the course for your athletes. Athletes may walk the course upon arrival. Bib numbers are specific for each athlete. The bib number will identify finishers. Please be certain the correct athlete has the correct bib number using 4 (FOUR) safety pins to adhere to the jersey.
Awards Ceremony: Yutan Parents Night will take place following the conclusion of the JH run as the results are being finalized. Then, the Awards Ceremony will start. Both will take place near the finish line.
Parking: PARKING IS A PREMIUM. You will be allowed to park at the Divine Lutheran Churchand Millard South High School. Be sure to notify parents there will be at least a 15 minute walk to the course from the High School or the church.
Facilities:We ask that you tell your athletes to respect the property at Walnut Grove. Please help monitor that all athletes and parents. Restrooms from the facility will not be available; however, port-a-potties will be available.
