Special Notes:
1. Sanction Fee is a $100 single ring show and $150 for a double ring show if committed before December 1st. After December 1st commitments are $150 per show and $200 for double ring. Please make check payable to IJBCA and include it with this application
2. If hosting a two ring show, a complete (all four divisions) show of showmanship must be held in each ring.
3. Shows on the circuit in 2015, in good standing, have priority of selection of dates over new shows requesting to be added in 2016. Failure to comply with IJBCA sanctioning rules may result in dismissal from the IJBCA Indiana’s Finest show circuit.
4. Preference is to only have one show location per day. Exceptions will be considered on a case to case basis. IJBCA will have the final decision.
5. It is requested that a judge only judge one show on the circuit during the season; exceptions must be made through IJBCA.
6. The judge selected for each show must be sent to the Indiana’s Finest four weeks prior to show.
7. If a show cancels once it is advertised, no refunds on sanction fee.

2016 Contract to Host an IJBCA Indiana’s Finest Show
This contract is between IJBCA and Show Coordinator/Administrator. By signing this contract both parties (IJBCA and Show) agree to the following criteria:
The Show will:
1. Host a show for exhibitors between the ages of 3rd grade and 21 as of December 31, 2015.
2. Conduct show in relationship with IJBCA guidelines.
Showmanship
A. Showmanship will include four divisions (per ring) with the following age breaks:
i. Novice – 3rd grade to 10 years of age
ii. Junior – 11 to 13 years of age
iii. Intermediate – 14 to 16 years of age
iv. Senior – 17 to 21 years of age
B. Place top five in each showmanship age division listed above.
Classes
A. Show must have classes based on breed or weight.
B. Classes must be
i. Places 1st Place to last
ii. Broke to give the most points possible to participants (avoiding single entry classes when possible)
C. Show will include Breed Champions and Reserves
D. Show will include Top Five Heifers and Top Five Steers
E. Final class breaks must be approved by IJBCA representative.
3. Follow Indiana’s Finest Rules for selection of Top 5 Steers and Heifers as well as classes for
breeds designated for participation in the program.
4. Provide a copy of the classes to the IJBCA representative at the show so that they can keep
placings of show.
5. All Sunday shows must start by 10:30 am

The IJBCA will:
1. List your show date on our Calendar of Events on our website. If a flyer is available, it will be linked on the shows page of the website.
2. Calculate points for your show.
3. Provide an IJBCA Director or representative as a contact for your show
4. Provide guidance and assistance at shows as needed or requested.
5. Provide by-laws and show rules for conducting your show.
