6:00am- Call time
6:20am- Leave LSW
Change in Conestoga Mall parking lot- 8:05am
**Have instrument in hand when loading the bus**
8:30am- Parade begins on TV
8:35am- Travel to check in
8:55am- Check-in
9:40am- Step-off for parade
When parade is finished, load buses and head to mall for lunch
Change out of uniform at mall, relax/eat lunch at mall
***Students will need money for lunch AND dinner
12:30- FRESHMEN load buses to return to LSW
1:30pm- VARSITY Load buses for stadium in casual attire
1:45pm- Watch bands until 2:45pm
2:15pm- FRESHMEN approximate arrival at LSW
2:45pm- Change into uniform and get instrument
3:45pm- Warm-up sequence begins
4:30pm- Performance
5:30pm- Awards
6:00pm- Leave Grand Island
7:45pm- Arrive at LSW

6:00pm- Varsity Band dismissed for the day
5:30pm- Call time for Freshmen
5:45pm- Change into uniforms
6:20pm- Leave LSW
7:20pm- Freshmen Warm-up Sequence Begins
8:00pm- Freshmen Performance
8:45pm- Awards Ceremony
9:30pm- Approximate arrival at LSW

11:45am- Change into uniforms
12:30pm- Leave LSW
1:30pm- Varsity Warm-up Sequence Begins
2:30pm- Varsity Performance
2:45pm- Go to buses to change out of uniforms
3:15pm- Watch other bands until awards ceremony
*Concessions are available, if desired- bring money if wanting concessions
11:45am- Call time- arrive in casual attire (make sure you have your appropriate under-uniform attire)
**Bring your uniform (in the bag), hat, shoes, gloves, instrument (in the case) on the bus
12:30pm- Leave LSW
1:00pm- Watch other bands perform in casual attire

2:45pm- Go to buses after Varsity performance to change into uniforms
3:30pm- Freshmen Warm-up Sequence Begins
4:30pm- Freshmen Performance
4:45pm- Awards Ceremony
