2016 Project Graduation

Project Graduation is a chaperoned, all-night, alcohol and drug free celebration that will be held at Showbiz Theaters on Beltway 8/ Fallcreek on Graduation Night, May 28, 2016, from 1030pm-6am.

The Event will take place at Showbiz Theaters with movies, bowling, food/drinks, casino and prizes for everyone.

It is exclusively for graduating seniors and is hosted by students' parents and members of the school faculty.

This event is funded entirely by the parents and the generous support of our community.

It is our goal to provide a safe and entertaining night of fun, food and friends as the students of Summer Creek High School class of 2016 celebrate their "Last Night with Creek Friends”, at Showbiz Theaters in Humble.

Rules & Regulations

· ONLY SUMMER CREEK CLASS OF 2016 GRADUATES CAN ATTEND

· Registration will begin at 1030-1130. Movie will begin at 1115pm, after you get popcorn/drinks.

· DOORS WILL LOCK AT 1130pm (NO ADMISSIONS AFTER THIS TIME)

· THERE IS "NO RE-ENTRY". IF YOU CHOOSE TO LEAVE, A PARENT MUST COME AND SIGN A FORM RELEASING YOU FROM PROJECT GRADUATION.

WHAT IS REQUIRED TO ENTER?

1. SUMMER CREEK HS STUDENT ID and the student must wear the PROJECT GRADUATION T-SHIRT, which will be given to student at check-in.

2. COMPLETED/SIGNED LIABILITY WAIVER- Needs to be turned in before event

3. TICKETS HAVE TO BE PURCHASED IN ADVANCE OF EVENT. NO TICKETS WILL BE SOLD AT THE DOOR.

SECURITY MEASURES:

1. All students will be required to pass through security. For this reason, we strongly urge students to bring only those items that are absolutely necessary.

2. Any items deemed unacceptable or inappropriate will be held by security and returned at the end of the event.

3. No backpacks, bags or purses will be permitted. We will be providing backpacks for all Seniors in attendance.

4. Cell phones and cameras are permitted; however, unethical use may warrant confiscation for the evening.

5. If a student brings medication, it must be in its original container and placed in a Ziploc baggie with the student's name on it. Students will be directed to the First Aid area, where the medication will be held and administered by our First Aid personnel. The First Aid area will be equipped with personal hygiene items if needed.

6.Any student arriving at the event intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or found to be in possession of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to attend. The parent or guardian will be called to pick their student up from the event location.
