  1. PROJECT REPORT

Award recipients are required to submit a report to the Education Foundation of Brown Deer upon project completion summarizing the project including an itemized expense statement; photos of your project are encouraged All final reports are due within 2 months of the completion of the project. Failure to submit a final report on a timely basis may exclude the recipient from consideration for a grant in the following year.

Applications must be received no later than 4:00 PM, February 1. Please submit completed project proposal to:
