ANSI-ACCREDITED U.S. TAG to ISO:2015 PROCEDURAL COMPLIANCE FORM and 2014 TAG ANNUAL REPORT DUE January 31, 2015

DATED NOTICE

This E-mail constitutes the 2015 ANSI Procedural Compliance Form for ANSI-Accredited U.S TAGs to ISO (Part 1) and provides the 2014 TAG Annual Report Form (Part 2), both of which are due by January 31, 2015. The forms are embedded below and there are no attachments. Webinars reviewing these forms and associated requirements are scheduled for January 14th and 21st (see The relevant procedural references are clause 1.6.1 Annual Report and 2.5.5 Maintenance of Accreditation of the ANSI International Procedures (

Completed forms are to be returned by the TAG Administrator of each separately accredited U.S. TAG to ISO. Please review and complete both the compliance-related questions (Part 1) below AND the TAG Annual Report Form (Part 2) below, then return this E-mail with the current TAG roster as specified, to by January 31, 2015. (Please do not submit if the TAG that you administer is not separately accredited.)

Please note that the 2015 edition of the ANSI International Procedures contains a newantitrust policy requirement reflected in clauses 2.3.3, A.3 and A.11. All ANSI-Accredited U.S. TAGs to ISO are required to comply with this antitrust policy statement. TAG Administrators to TAGs that are accredited to use Annex A (Model Procedures) are not required to revise the TAG’s procedures, but must rely on and operate in compliance with the new 2015 edition of the ANSI International Procedures and the Model Procedures contained therein. TAGs that are accredited to use unique procedures, i.e., other than the Model Procedures, must revise their procedures (or submit an addendum) to incorporate a compliant antitrust policy or the language contained in the new A.11 Antitrust Policy. If a TAG wishes to change its procedures in any way – including any other revisions to the Model procedures - then those revisions must be submitted for review by the ANSI Executive Standards Council (ExSC) and reaccreditation.

Revised procedures are to be submitted in strike-through-underline format with a rationale to .

Failure to return a completed 2015 Compliance Form and a 2014 TAG Annual Report by January 31, 2015 may jeopardize the TAG’s accreditation status and your organization's status as the related ANSI Accredited U.S. TAG Administrator.
