SUBJECT: Keeping Track

Welcome to session 2. Habits do not take long to form, but seem to take longer to get rid of! Take control, learn which lifestyle changes need to be made and use the support I am offering to succeed.

Surround yourself with positive people. Fill yourself with positive vibes. You will soon learn the changes that need to be made in your life in order to put you on the right path.

In this module, you will be looking into the benefits of journaling. Through journaling, you will activate your brain, focus on what you need to achieve for the day and take time for you! This is also a great time to restock your fridge and pantry with foods and beverages that will fuel you an. Revamping your cupboards is the beginning of your journey toward a healthier mind and body.

Portion control might take come practice, especially if you are not used to paying attention to your portion sizes. Many times, we eat way more than we need to because we are eating fast and mindlessly. Controlling your portions will help.

Exercise is the topic for this session. You can be active in many ways. You don’t have to run a marathon or spend time at the gym. Walking, biking, yoga, and many other activities can be a part of your exercise regimen. Take is slow and do as much as you can do comfortably. Any kind of movement is good.
