The skater/camper and the parents/guardians agree: The skater /camper skates at his/her own risk. The skater will not hold the Saanich Summer School/Saanich Skating Club of Victoria, and its officers or employees responsible for any loss or damage sustained through injury to the skater/camper, or other skaters/campers on or off the ice or any other liability loss, damage or expenses incurred as a result of the skater/camper attending the 2013Summer Skating School Camp. The School reserves the right to use a skater’s photo or likeness for publicity and or promotion.

REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given. In the case of a major medical condition affecting the skater,it will need to be confirmed with a physician’s note. 14 skating days minimum missed for eligibility. Requests must be in writing and submitted to the director’s attention, and there will be a $25.00 administration fee for any accepted refunds.
ALL NSF CHEQUES WILL BE CHARGED $30.00

*Skates (for on ice portion, if your child has a pair)
