**EWF Eligibility Criteria

Workshops in the Executive Women’s Forum (EWF) track are designated for executive-level women who meet the following:

·  Employed by a healthcare organization/manufacturer (e.g., biotech, medical device and diagnostics, pharma, etc.): vice president or higher, OR

·  Employed by an agency or other service provider with more than 1,000 full-time employees or a subsidiary/division of same with more than 250 full-time employees: senior vice president or higher, OR

·  Employed by an agency or other service provider with a minimum of 50 full-time employees: individuals with any of the following titles or their equivalent: president, partner, managing partner, executive vice president.

Registration for EWF sessions will be vetted by an HBA Leadership Conference Committee Lead, with final determinations made by the HBA Leadership Conference Steering Committee based on these criteria.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for refunds must besubmitted in writingto ; refund dependent on timing: submit prior to October 11th for a 100% refund, October 12th – October 30th for a 60% refund. No refunds will be given for any cancellations including those that may be weather-related after October 30th. After this date you will be responsible for the full registration fee.
