Upon enrolling in this course, it is compulsory for students to attend the ACPNS Orientation and Intensive Weekend at the Gardens Point Campus of QUT. During this weekend students will participate in a specialised orientation program and also attend the first lectures of available units.

Museum Studies Program

The UQ Museum Studies Program provides specialist training and professional qualifications for graduates who are currently working or seeking to work in the museum sector nationally and internationally. The program aims to build student capacity to understand and evaluate museum theory and practice, and critically engage with the issues facing professionals working in museums, art museums and related heritage and collecting institutions.
