Required Outcomes – Primary Goals / Deliverable / Progress
Services provided that impact availability of transportation services for individuals with disabilities. / We will transport the disabled on 6500 one-way
Trips to improve their level of health and quality of life by providing access to medical and non-medical appointments. / We will be contacting the Preble County Developmental Disabilities staff to discuss their interaction with our program. As of right now their participation has been limited due to their finances.
Additions or changes to environmental infrastructure (transp. Facilities, side walks, etc.) technology (radios, computer software, etc.) and additional accessible vehicles. / The New Freedom program will enable us to apply for more handicap assessable vans so that we may continue to provide the transportation service / We have recently applied for 3 new vans through the ODOT Specialized Transportation Program. We will keep you apprised of the outcome.
