Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of bookings (in writing, preferably via email) will be accepted up to 14 days prior to the booking. Cancellation 7-14 days prior will incur 50% of hire charge. Cancellation within 7 days prior will incur 100% of hire charge. You will receive confirmation of your booking via email.
I agree to comply with the terms and conditions in this agreement and the turf policy on page 2.

Requirement / To protect the artificial turf from damage and maintain the surface in good condition to ensure a prolonged life is achieved.Rules / Entering and Exiting
- All entry must be through the water trap. No-one other than emergency medical personnel is permitted to enter the turf area by any other means.
- Everyone’s shoes must be 100% clean before going onto the surface.
- If anyone leaves the pitch during a match or training they then must come back through the water trap to get back on the field. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- No-one is allowed to jump the fence at any time.
- Teams should have spare match balls on hand in the dugout during games in the event of the match ball in use going over the fence. No fence jumping to retrieve balls.
- Game day half time talks are to be held as close as possible to the team dugout.
- Team officials are to stay within close proximity to their dugout during games.
- On game day, only players listed on the match card and team officials participating in a match are allowed on the turf and in the dug out (no hitting prior to or at half time by spectators).
- Teams are to exit the dugout and the pitch as soon as possible after their game. After match team talks and cool down to be conducted outside of the pitch.
- Correct footwear must be worn
- No glass
- No food or drink on the turf (except water)
- No chewing gum
- No smoking on or within 10 metres of the pitch
- No spitting
- No sitting on the fence
- All buckles to be taped
- No intentional hitting of balls into fences or signage
- In the event of blood on the turf, play is to stop and the blood to be cleaned by the injured player’s club (copious amounts of water).
- No goal shooting or penalty corner training is allowed in the goal circles. All training should be across the pitch.
Enforcement / Failure to abide by these rules will result in an initial fine as per the Schedule. Continual breaches will incur higher fines.
All reports of breaches to these rules must be reported to the Executive either by email to or through your club’s committee delegate with at least one supporting witness to confirm a breach has occurred.
