COURT WARMING 2013

CANDIDATE APPLICATION

APPLICATION DEADLINE: November 18, 2013

COMPLETED APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO:

S1-19 Student Life - Student Programming Board

November 1, 2013

Dear Club/Organization and Students:

The CCP Court Warming Committee would like to invite you to nominate a candidate for Court Warming 2013 “Welcome to the Gatsby.” Court Warming 2013 is scheduled for December 2 - December 7, 2013.

Being nominated for court warming king and queen is a great honor. These individuals will represent the student body at Community College of Philadelphia and serve as advocates for students. In addition, duties include assisting with the planning of the next Court Warming, hosting New Student Welcome events and working with the Student Life Center to participate in additional events. Please take some time to carefully consider the best student(s) in your club/organization to nominate for this honor.

The deadline to nominate a candidate is November 18, 2013 by 5:00 PM. This deadline is quickly approaching, so please start thinking about your candidate now. There are three things to keep in mind when choosing a candidate. First, an organization or club may only nominate one candidate for each position. Second, a candidate may only represent one organization or club. Finally, if your organization or club decides to support Court Warming in addition to nomination, the sponsorship does not affect scoring in anyway. Please refer to this Candidate Application packet for a complete list of requirements.

The Court Warming Committee looks forward to receiving your nomination for Court

Warming 2013!

Sincerely,

CCP Court Warming Committee 2013
