Who Should Register

This seminar is open to beginning and advanced attorneys who represent parents in juvenile court deprivation and termination of parental rights cases.

Workshop Details & Fee

This is a two-day seminar. Registration will begin at 8:45 AM on Thursday, December 2nd, the seminar will start promptly at 9:00 AM and conclude at 4:00 PM both days. You must register in advance, seating is limited. The Seminar will take place in the classrooms at the Fulton County Juvenile Court in Atlanta. Free parking is available. Lunch will be provided. There is a $30 registration fee for the seminar, checks should be made out to GPDSC. Checks may be mailed in with registration or brought to the seminar.

CLE

Approval for CLE credit has been requested to the State Bar of Georgia. Attendance and CLE credit will be reported to the bar, but CLE fees ($5 per hour, need to be paid directly to the bar by attendees. Additional CLE information will be provided to registrants.
