1 yeast β-glucan structure
Yeast β-glucan are natural polysaccharide extracted, molecular weight above about 6500 dalton.Most of yeast β-glucan exist in water insoluble or colloidal particles.
Yeast β-glucan are different from common sugars (such as starch, glycogen, dextrin, etc.).
