The undersigned acknowledges that NIBA will transport bee packages from the supplier in Wisconsin to various drop off points in Illinois only for the convenience of the undersigned. The undersigned agrees that NIBA is not responsible for any damage to the bees or cages during the transport and distribution of same. The undersigned understands that he/she remains at all times free to order and pick-up bees from alternate suppliers of their choice.

NIBA is pleased to offer this group bee order as one of the benefits of membership. Therefore, your 2015 NIBA dues must be paid prior to your order being processed. Mail your membership forms to the designated address. We will return orders received from nonmembers. We will order 325 packages of bees.
Package Prices: $105.00 each plus deposit (a separate check required for refundable deposit @ $4.00 per package). NO CASH PLEASE!! Each package contains approximately 3 pounds of bees and a queen.
Order Information:
I would like to order ______3-pound packages of bees. I have attached a check for $105.00 per package as well as a separate check for the $4.00 per package cage deposit. The cage deposit checks will not be cashed and will be returned at the time the cages are returned. Make checks payable to Northern Illinois Beekeepers Association.
NEW - Must bee Completed - My queen preference is ____ Italian _____ Carnolian. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. You may mix and match your queens.
Delivery is planned for early/mid April. The exact date and time will be communicated via the email address above. If you do not have email, you will be contacted at the phone number you provided above.
Orders will be taken on a first come, first served basis until the 325 packages are sold.
