In its 22nd year, the contest received a record239 entriesfrom 180staff in 32 countries!

Special thanks to contest coordinators, country directors, assistant country directors, and all staff who made special efforts to ensure their colleagues’ participation in the contest. Thank you for translating stories into English, uploading entries to the new contest website, and generally going the extra mile! Thanks also to our colleagues in Bangladesh, Guatemala, Madagascar, Mozambique, Nepal, Niger, Peru, Sierra Leone and Tanzania for participating in the new video portion of the contest!

In recognition of your contribution to the contest and CARE’s work in general, each staff member who participated will receive a certificate of appreciation and t-shirt. Please look for these in the pouch soon!

Contest stories, photos and videos are a great resource for communications with donors, as well as public relations, marketing and fundraising initiatives throughout CARE International.
