  1. Rules Committee Dave Partyka - President

Jeff Buranych - Treasurer

Jonathon Moe - “B” Division Winner 2017

  1. USGA rules are in effect unless otherwise specified.
  2. All questions regarding rules are to be brought to the rules committeeafter golfing has ended .
  3. Winter rules are in effect. Ball can be picked up, cleaned and dropped, no closer to the hole. Ball can be rolled over, no more then 6” anywhere except a hazard, using the head of your club keeping any obstruction between the ball and the Pin in play. Sand Traps are rake and place.
  4. Hole No. 4 has no out of bounds on the left. It is now played as a lateral water hazard with a (1) stoke penalty. Ball is to be dropped (2) club lengths at point of entry. There is no line of flight on the lateral hazard. If your ball ends up in the hazard up where the trees extend out to the cart path you must drop the ball using (2) club lengths as stated above keeping the trees between the ball and the pin.
  5. O.B. can be played at point of entry under a (2) stroke penalty. If this is a tee shot you may re-tee and hit your third shot from the tee.
  6. Players 65 years young or older at the start of the season can hit from the GoldTees. If you are not of age at the beginning of the season you will have to wait until next year. If you start on the Gold tees, you are not able to change and go back to the white tees. If you start on the white tees, you will be playing from there all season.
  7. Dues must be paid to Jeff Buranych by July 1st to avoid any problems because of non payers. Anyone not paid by July 1st will forfeit each weeks points until paid.
  8. Handicap is basically 80 percent of the average of your last 10 scores, excluding the highest and lowest scores of the last ten. There are no handicap strokes given on the par 3’s resulting in a 7 stroke max.
  1. New player’s handicaps will be estimated to determine their A/B group placement. Handicap will be determined after their first round. For the first 3 weeks it will be frozen at 2 strokes less to deter sandbaggers. It will be determined by the software thereafter.
  2. If your opponent does not show up and does not get a sub, you will be given 6 points. You may also play for extra points awarded by the software.
  3. If your opponent is listed as a BYE, you will receive 6 points whether you play or not.

If you play your score will not be recorded to deter sandbagging.

  1. There will be no make-up matches, including rain-outs.
  2. Your match must be played on the scheduled league day. Our first tee time is 4 o’clock. Due to golf course constraints we cannot tee off before 3:30.
  3. Please check your score cards at completion of play and sign if points and scores are correct. If score cards are not signed the secretarywill not make any adjustments for errors.
  4. Super-seniors (80+) can now play from any tee. Your 80th birthday must come before the first week of league play. Whatever tee you begin the year on, you must continue the year from that tee.
