- Proactive Purchasing Lead in project teams for new product development for Daimler, Volvo and VW managing design procurement through to production and liaising with sales to ensure revenue targets are met.

- Implementation and management of the internal TADsystem. Managing the tools across suppliers and internal subsidiaries. This system has been imperative in asset identification. It has also helped Kostal to be able to tag the customer tooling and easily be able to find essential tooling information in our SAP system.
- Regularly achieving a 10-20% sustainable budget reduction against the cost submitted to the customer across all projects.
