TECHNICAL DATA

ORAPI E4005

2-Part Rapid Curing (5 min) Epoxy Adhesive

Directions for use

Ensure that surfaces to be bonded are clean and free from grease, dirt, dust and any other contamination. To ensure best cleaning results use Orapi 503 Kleaner.

Mix sufficient Orapi E4005 to complete the bond and apply to one substrate. Assemble the components and apply bonding pressure of 15-20 psi, depending on the compression strength of the substrates.Orapi E4005 will cure to handling strength in under 5 minutes (dependant on ambient temperature). Allow the bond to fully cure (12hrs) before putting equipment into service.
