1.Introduction
This document presents the Opene-PRIOR’s Catalogue View interface that can be found at the following link:
There are five screens used to present the information available for a catalogue. This document will explain how to use this interface to view catalogues, and how to interpret the information presented in the screens.
Additionally this guide can be used to test the View Catalogue functionality by checking that all information is present in the correct areas as described below.
2.General description of the interface
This interface manages the catalogues submitted by the supplier to the Open e-PRIOR Central Catalogue and has three main levels of viewing the catalogues:
- The first level is at the level of contract framework
- At this level it is possible to see general information about all the catalogues that belong to a specific contract framework and have a specific Life Cycle Status
- Corresponding to this level, there is the Home Screen (please see Figure 1 Catalogue query – Home Screen)
- The second level is at the level of catalogue
- Once a catalogue is selected from the HomeScreen, further information is displayed (please see Figure 3 Detailed information of a catalogue)
- The third level is at the level of item
- From the screen with detailed information about the catalogue , by selecting an item from Area F( please see Figure 4 Catalogue view – Areas )
3.View at the level of Contract Framework
In order to view the catalogues, a user must have access to the following interface:
Figure 1 Catalogue query – Home Screen
This first screen contains the following values[1] that constitute the criteria for the Catalogue Query.
- Catalogue ID (see 1 in the above picture)
- Catalogue version (see 2 in the above picture)
- Contract ID *[2] (see 3 in the above picture)
The invariant part of the ABAC Contracts ID will be used by the Suppliers:
30-CE-0271000/00-58
The following value will therefore be present in this field: 0271000
- Life Cycle Status* (see 4 in the above picture)
The user introduces the values of the above fields, corresponding to the catalogue that he/she wants to view (at least the mandatory fields).
Depending on the values introduced, the interface retrieves all the catalogues that belong to the specified Contract ID (mandatory field) and have the mentioned Life Cycle (mandatory field).
