REGISTRATION

Registration form will be issued from 3rdJanuary 2018 onwards.
Children seeking admission in nursery need to be within in the age of three on

1stMarch in the year in whichadmission is sought.

Parents of the candidates need to fill up Registration form purchasedfromthe

feeoffice (Rs. 500/-)andsubmit it with the following documents:

(a)Original Birth Certificate for verification

(b)Xerox copy of Birth certificate stating clearly

Child’s name and surname
Date of Birth
Father’s name
Mother’s name.

(d)Xerox copy of Aadhar Card of the child.

(e) Admission will be taken on 29th January 2018from9.00 amonwards.

(f) Registration form fee is non refundable.

ADMISSION

Both the parents need to be present.
Parents of selected candidates need to fill up an Admission form and submit it with the following documents

(a)Original Birth Certificate for verification

(b) Xerox copy of Birth certificate stating clearly

Child’s name and surname
Date of Birth
Father’s name
Mother’s name.

(d) Xerox copy of Aadhar Card of the child.

(e) Admission feesRs.10,000/- (Admission fee is non refundable)

K.G. I & K.G.II

REGISTRATION

Entrance examination will be conducted on 3rd February 2018 at 9.00 am and admission will be given to the candidate who passes in the examination. Admission procedure will be done on 24th February 2018 at 9.00 am onwards.
