Parish Registration Form

The Office of New Evangelization has begun preparations for 2018 Totus Tuus Summer Youth Catechetical Program. We are sending you this Registration Form so that you may reserve a spot for Totus Tuus to come to your parish in the summer of 2018. Please choose three dates out of the dates provided below and number them 1 to 3 according to what is best for you (1 being the best). Note that all parishes do not receive their first choice, so the alternatives must be a viable option. We will notify you ASAP regarding which date you are assigned (it will not be before January 1st).

Dates will not be reserved until this form, along with a deposit of $750.00 is received by the Totus Tuus Office. To ensure that you receive the week you choose for Totus Tuus to come to your parish, please return this form and the deposit prior to January 1, 2018. The cost of one team is $1,500 with a maximum number of 90 students for the grade school program. The cost for two teams is $3,000 with a maximum number of 180 students for the grade school program. Two teams requires a deposit of $1,500.00[1]. The deposit is non-refundable after March 1, 2018. An invoice for the balance will be sent to you in April 2018 with the final balance due by May 1, 2018.

We have a Bishop’s Education Grant for Parishes available to provide ¼ of the cost to parishes in need of assistance.
