Late entries will not be accepted.
ENTRIES : / Only entries done on the correct entry form and accompanied by proof of payment will be accepted.

PRIZE MONEY: / Open classes - a minimum of 40% of entry fees (excluding VAT & levies) plus sponsorship spread over all classes.
Other classes - 40% of entry fees (excluding VAT & levies) plus sponsorship spread over all classes.

REFUNDS: / No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries. However should circumstances necessitate cancelling the show due to inclement weather conditions, 80% of the entry fee will be refunded.Refunds on entries cancelled before the show will also be 80% of the entry fee(less admin and bank charges)
DRESS: / The specific disciplines rules will strictly apply. Jackets Only
STABLING: / Stabling will be available at R175 per day/night.
Stabling is limited and will be booked on a first come first serve basis. Initial bedding will be provided.
PROGRAMS: / Programmes will be on sale for the event at the show office Running orders will only be available online onas well as the discipline websites.

NO PADDOCKS ALLOWED AT ALL

PLEASE KEEP ALL DOGS ON A HAND HELD LEASH AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL INCUR A R1000 SPOT FINE

NOTES:

1.All DSA, SAEF and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply.

2.The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine and/or restrict classes.

3.Telephonic or emailed entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.

NOTES

  1. All DSA classes will be run under the DSA Rules 2016 and SAÉF General Regulations (Dressage) 2015 & FEI classes (Small Tour up and FEI YR class) will be run under DSA rules – whips will be permitted
  2. The FEI tests can be downloaded from the FEI website.
  3. Dressage tests will be on your login profile on the DSA Online system. Access to your profile can be gained through the website:
  4. As per rule 31.1.2, if less than 5 total competitors amongst Children’s and Pony Rider, and Junior classes may be combined at the discretion of the organisor.
  5. Entries for Classes 42-45 must be done directly through KPC.

The Young Horse classes offered in this schedule are NOT part of the DSA National Young Dressage Horse Series 2017

46Lead Rein Dressage Test (Pony Rider Prelim 1) – Riders up to the age of 10
