PERSONAL PROFILE

Dr. H. Lilly Beaulah became as Assistant Professor of Vinayaka Missions Kirupananda Variyar Engineering College, Salem in the year 2003. She started her Educational career with a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Church of South India Polytechnic College, Salem, Tamilnadu, India. She completed her under graduate in Information System (BS) from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) Pilani in the year 1999. Acquired her Post graduation with Honors in Information Technology (M.Tech) from Punjabi University, Patiala, Rajasthan. She has been awarded Ph.D., for her work in Information Technology at Vinayaka Missions University, Salem. She is a member of many professional bodies like ISTE, Computer Society of India etc. She presented many papers on Telemedicine, Bio-imaging in various National and International Conferences and Journals.

• Ph.D., in Information Technology from Vinayaka Missions University, Salem, India (2006 – 2010).
• Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Information Technology from Punjabi University, Patiala, Rajasthan (2001 – 2003)
• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Information Sciences from Birla Institute of Technology and Sciences (BITS) Pilani (1996 - 1999)
• Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Church of South India Polytechnic College, Salem (1984 – 1987)
• Diploma in System Analysis and Data Processing (DSADP) from Annamalai University (1989 - 1990)
• Higher Secondary School (HSS) Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Salem (1981 – 1983)
• SSLC Govt. Girls Higher Secondary School, Salem (1979 – 1980)

Work Experience

She joined as a lecturer in Vinayaka Missions Kirubananda Variyar Sundaraswamigal Polytechnic College, Salem, Tamilnadu, India in the year 1987, and promoted there as an Associate Lecturer in the year 1992 and served there till 1999. Then she had promoted and joined with V M K V Engineering College, an affiliated college of Anna University, Chennai, that time she handled classes for both UG and PG. She was working as an Associate Professor in School of Computer Sciences at Vinayaka Missions University. Presently she is working as a Professor and Head in Computer Science and Engineering at Mahendra College of Engineering, Salem. She has 25 years of solid teaching experience right from a lecturer to an Professor in field of Engineering Education, providing her students the knowledge of Technology and Sciences in various forms to attain her goal of “shine India globally”. She is a life time member of Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE), National Executive Council Member, ISTE, New Delhi, and life time member in Computer Society of India.
