TERMS FOR THE THEATER GROUPS
1.Groupsare not supposed to change their plays untimely. Theyhavetopresent the play written in the application form.
2.Groupsare not supposed to attend the festival with the play/s they performed at previous ETHOS festival/s.
3.Applications will be evaluated in 15 December–15 Jenuary 2017, and the results will be send to the groups by e-mail.
4.Groupsaresupposedto provide their own supplies such as decors, costumes orauxiliaryarticles The Festival staff is not responsible for providing those.
5.The festival committeewill provide accommodation and food expenses for “1 day” for groups coming from outside Ankara, and “3 days” for groups comingfromoutsideTurkey.
6.Aftertheirperformances, groups will facilitate discussions/conversations with the audience related to the play and their artistic experiences.
7.Allgroupsparticipating at the Festival should make maximum effort to attend all activities, workshops, plays etc.
8.Festival Committeereservestheright to determine, change, postpone, or cancel the date and hour of the plays if needed.
